                         - MATCH POINT -

Closing a tennis match is a difficult task and getting into a position to win means you're doing something right. But every tennis player has experienced the failure to close or end a match because of a lack of concentration or better described as a change in focus.

It is important to continue to focus on the process that got you into a winning position in the first place and not focus on the outcome. Process and execution is something you can control, like your ball toss, or good footwork. So continue to play one point at a time, stick to that winning game plan, and match point may just be a little easier to convert.
